Where is my order?
After your order ships, we send a tracking link to your email and phone. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of placing. If it's been 48+ hours and you haven't heard from us, WhatsApp us with your order number and we'll find out immediately.
How do I return or exchange?
WhatsApp us with your order number and what you'd like to exchange. We have a 7-day easy return policy — no complicated forms, no long wait times. We'll arrange a pickup from your doorstep at no extra cost.
Which size should I order?
Our size guide has exact measurements in centimetres for every size. We recommend measuring your chest and waist before ordering. When in doubt, size up — our fits are relaxed and forgiving.
Can I change or cancel my order?
WhatsApp us immediately with your order number. We can cancel or change orders within 2 hours of placing them. After that, the order enters our dispatch process and changes may not be possible.
Payment deducted but no confirmation?
Don't worry — this sometimes happens with UPI payments. WhatsApp us with your phone number and the amount deducted. We'll check our records and confirm your order within 1 hour, no questions asked.
Received wrong or damaged item?
We're genuinely sorry — that's completely on us. WhatsApp us a photo of what you received along with your order number. We'll arrange to send the correct item at no extra cost, and take care of it the same day.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across India. A small handling fee of ₹25 applies for COD orders. Pay only when your order arrives safely at your door — no risk for you.
How long does delivery take?
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore) — 2–3 days. Tier 2 cities — 3–5 days. Rest of India — 5–7 days. Enter your pincode on any product page for an exact delivery estimate.
