How to raise a return
or exchange
3 simple steps. Takes less than 2 minutes.
WhatsApp us your order
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number (SNOW-XXXX) and tell us which item you want to return and why. A photo helps but isn't required.

We'll share a pickup date within 24 hours. Our courier partner will collect the item from your address — you don't need to go anywhere. Pack it in any bag with the original tags still attached.
Refund in 5–7 days
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days. It goes back to the same account, UPI, or card you paid with. We'll email you when it's done.
