We arrange pickup

We'll share a pickup date within 24 hours. Our courier partner will collect the item from your address — you don't need to go anywhere. Pack it in any bag with the original tags still attached.

Refund in 5–7 days

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days. It goes back to the same account, UPI, or card you paid with. We'll email you when it's done.

This is standard practice across Indian e-commerce, and we believe in being upfront about it. If you're unsure about sizing before buying a sale item, WhatsApp us — we'll help you pick the right size.

No problem at all — we don't require the original packaging. As long as the item has its original tags attached and is unworn and unwashed, any clean bag or box works perfectly for the return. Just make sure it's packed securely so it doesn't get damaged in transit.

Once our courier partner picks up your item, they'll send a tracking number via SMS to your registered mobile number. As soon as we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, we'll WhatsApp you confirmation and immediately trigger the refund or dispatch your exchange.

Absolutely — each item in your order is treated separately. Just mention both items in your WhatsApp message (order number + item names) and we'll arrange a single combined pickup for both. You won't need to pack them together, but you can if it's convenient.

Absolutely, and honestly it's our most common request. Size fit can be tricky to judge online, so we handle size exchanges happily and for free. Just WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we'll sort it out quickly.

We'll let you know immediately — no waiting around wondering. You'll have three options: choose a different color that's available, wait for a restock (we'll give you an honest timeline), or get a full refund for that item. We'll never keep your money if we can't fulfill the exchange.
