When your order is dispatched, you receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. Click it anytime to see exactly where your order is — updated in real time by our courier partner.

You can also track from your SNOW account — go to "My Orders" and click "Track Order" next to your order. No account? No problem. The link in your confirmation email works without logging in.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, don't worry — sometimes there's a scan delay at courier hubs. Just WhatsApp us your order number and we'll check the status directly for you.

Double-check your address

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. If you realise there's an error, WhatsApp us immediately — we can update it before dispatch. After dispatch, address changes are unfortunately not possible.

What if I'm not home?

Our courier will attempt delivery twice. After two failed attempts, the order is held at the nearest hub for 3 days. After that it returns to us and we'll reach out to reship. Reshipping charges may apply.

Holidays and delays

We don't dispatch on national public holidays. During festivals like Diwali and Holi, courier networks experience high volume — allow 1–2 extra days. We'll notify you if there's a significant delay on your specific order.

Ordering multiple items

All items in one order are shipped together in a single package. If an item is out of stock after you order, we'll contact you and either refund that item or hold the order until it's back in stock — your choice.

Shipping questions

Yes — but only before your order is dispatched. WhatsApp us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We'll update it if we catch it in time. Once dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address as the package is already in the courier's system.

Currently we ship only within India. We're actively working on international shipping and will announce it on Instagram when it's ready. Follow @wearsnow to be the first to know when we go global.

We don't offer a paid express option right now. That said, metro city orders already arrive in just 2–3 business days, which is quite fast. We're exploring faster options for the future and will add them as soon as they're reliable enough for us to stand behind.

This does occasionally happen with courier scan errors. First check with family members or your building security guard. If it's genuinely not there, WhatsApp us within 24 hours of the delivery status update — we'll investigate with the courier immediately and resolve it with a replacement or refund.

We're unable to schedule specific delivery dates currently. Couriers typically deliver between 9 AM and 8 PM on business days. If you won't be home, you can provide an alternate address (your office, a relative's place) at checkout — whatever is more convenient.

Yes — all SNOW orders are covered during transit. If your order is lost in shipping or arrives damaged due to courier mishandling, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. Just WhatsApp us with photos of the damaged packaging as soon as you receive it.
